By submitting the form, the customer accepts the extended warranty terms and conditions.

The extended warranty is offered by Wacker Neuson B.V. and is only available in the Netherlands for products sold by Wacker Neuson B.V. and its registered sales partners & dealers.

The warranty covers only material and/or manufacturing defects.

Excluded from warranty are: improper use, overloading of the equipment or installation of unapproved accessories, use of force, damage caused by external influences or foreign objects such as sand or stones.
Damage caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions, such as connection to an unsuitable mains supply or voltage or non-compliance with the installation instructions normal wear and tear.
The device must be serviced by Wacker Neuson B.V.
At least 1 software update per year of the respective device is mandatory for participation in the 5-year extended warranty.
